  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order at POPBYTS, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by POPBYTS as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to POPBYTS and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request POPBYTS to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the POPBYTS Conditions, you agree to the above.



All products remain POPBYTS's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from POPBYTS.

{Payment process}
Net 30 or Payment is due at time of the order. 

Payment must be received, fully processed and cleared before items are put into production and or shipped.

If I haven't received payment and no communication I will have to cancel the sale and leave appropriate feedback if necessary.

If paying by money order or check, payment must be received within 1 week of order placement or the order will be canceled. Please keep in mind when paying by money order or check that your order will not be processed until payment clears, which extends the processing time beyond my normal 1-2 weeks. Order cancellation will result in payment not being sent within 3 days of the order being placed (1 week if paying by check or money order).


Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information

POPBYTS reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, POPBYTS has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. POPBYTS shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return policy

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. 

Wholesale: Please note that all sales are final. There are no refunds/exchanges/returns for custom, wholesale or discounted/sale orders.

What happens if my item is lost, stolen or damaged?
We  implement UPic insurance Services through the label system. Please be advised that if your order was sent with UPic Insurance and is lost, presumed stolen or damaged, I must have you, as the buyer, sign an affidavit. This is *required* for insurance purposes. I insure packages through USPS shipping system for everyone's protection and expect buyer's to comply with the standard policies set forth by the insurance provider.

Order CANCELLATION/Order Change Requests:
Please notify me within 24 hours after placing your order for any cancellation or requests to change an order. I typically process your order in this time-frame and unfortunately, if an order has been printed or is ready to ship, I will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order. We will follow the return/exchange procedures in those circumstances.


Within the US: We ship first class or priority, with tracking.
Shipping within the United States is fairly fast and efficient with USPS. You will receive a shipping notification via Etsy when your order is on it's way to you! Tracking numbers update and are typically available within 24 hours of your notification being sent!

At checkout, please confirm and double-check that the address through Etsy is the correct shipping address you'd like the order sent to. Unfortunately, I am unable to change or alter the address after an order is placed and cannot honor requests for an order to be sent to any other address besides the one provided via the order form.

We gladly ship globally.
Shipping international is fairly speedy to Australia, Canada, and the UK. European countries and shipments to the Middle-East and other parts of the globe typically take a full month to arrive.

We can track packages within the United States, but once the packages depart the Los Angeles International post office, and head to another country, they are controlled by another party, and we have no information or tracking of the package. We cannot be responsible for "lost" mail, but we will gladly let you know if the package is "returned to sender."

International customers: All shipping rates are for first class international mail. Packages typically arrive within 2-4 weeks from shipping, but can sometimes take longer if help-up at customs during busy times of the year. All international orders are subject to a customs/import duty fee. Check with your local government agency for their duty-fees, and policies. Seller is not responsible for fees acquired at customs.
Though we like to put our trust in the USPS, errors in shipments do occasionally happen. We do our best but can't be responsible for postal delays or packages lost in the mail. 

I will not mark any order as a "gift" for the purpose of evading customs fees. This is illegal. Please don't ask me to be an outlaw.

Some of our item are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks for shipping, unless otherwise noted in Etsy's "Processing Time" or in an item's description.
